I don’t usually write reviews, but this one needs to be shared.I had never met Marc Goodman before he came out to my house for a short-notice appointment. I ended up stuck at work, and Marc—without complaint—waited at my home for two hours with my wife and our two young kids (7 and 9 years old). He had lunch, got to know everyone, and made them feel completely at ease. When I finally got home, he calmly explained what was going on with the subfloor in our basement. I knew right then: this is a company I’ll stick with. That feeling only grew stronger as Marc took the time to walk me through everything—not just what was wrong, but what was possible. His approach was smart, respectful of the home, and lightyears ahead of the old methods that involve tearing up slabs and creating chaos. He offered a solution that was cleaner, faster, and more sustainable, using modern tech that avoids the destruction and mess most people still expect from this kind of work. When the job got underway, his team—Kev and Tyler—were surgical with the foam. Watching them hit with that level accurate to a hundred-thousandth of an inch was incredible. When we hit larger voids than expected they immediately pivoted under Marc’s direction and Kev and Tyler’s experience made it work. They lifted a 26foot by 11 foot piece of concrete like it was nothing. They reinforced 3 foot voids beneath my sub floor. They took real pride in what they did. We had pizza together, shared a few laughs, and even talked again after the job was done. They’re just good people.Marc has been in constant contact, hit every timeline he promised, and delivered results with precision and care. If you’re in the tri-state area and need a job like this done, I honestly don’t think there’s anyone better. Service, care, and craftsmanship like this are rare. Pinnacle Concrete is the real deal.
