We contacted Pinacle about a settling issue with the slab in the closet area of an 8 year old home. Marc was so knowledgeable and really looked into the issue and that made us feel very comfortable with hiring the company. He was very honest about the timeframe to complete the work. He gave us plenty of time to prepare. When Cody and Kev got here to do the work they were so efficient and knowledgeable about the issue. I have a cement slab in a mudroom entryway that cracked and sunk. Marc explained the process of lifting it. His team arrived on time and explained what they were doing every step of the way. I didn’t think it would have been possible as it was split in about four or five pieces and I thought I would have had to demo the slab. Marc Goodman was recommended to us by our highly trusted home improvement contractor. We hired Spray Tech to lift the sinking basement of our house. They did an excellent job. Throughout the process, Marc was very responsive and extremely easy to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and kind. He explained the problem, the solution, and the process in details. At the free consultation, Marc spent a long time assessing the problem and let us watch him using his great methodology and equipment. During the day of the job, Marc personally came and stayed a while. His staff was very professional, meticulous, hardworking and very respectful of our property. I can't say enough good things about this outfit and the people that work there. We are a 128 unit condominium complex in Rhode Island that was having an issue with the concrete slabs of our sidewalks sinking below the granite curbstones between one and three inches causing a tripping hazard. We were looking at a massive bill to rip up and replace over a thousand feet of sidewalk. Additionally, ninety nine percent of the slabs were in perfect shape, just sinking, and it seemed like such a waste of money and resources to rip them up. We did a little research and came upon Pinnacle's Spraytech division which does Poly Leveling. After some research into the process, the company and some references, which were all outstanding, we decided to give them a try. To say that we are delighted with them and their work, would be a gross understatement. Marc the president was very outgoing, easy to talk to, and always reachable and responsive. His workmen, Kev, Tyler and Ainsley were out of their way friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with and did an outstanding job not only in lifting the slabs and sealing the sidewalk joints, but also in cleaning up after themselves. They finished over a thousand feet of sidewalk in about two weeks even allowing for some rain. Unfortunately for us, but good for them, we have much more to do and they will be back. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one needs to be shared.I had never met Marc Goodman before he came out to my house for a short-notice appointment. I ended up stuck at work, and Marc—without complaint—waited at my home for two hours with my wife and our two young kids (7 and 9 years old). He had lunch, got to know everyone, and made them feel completely at ease. When I finally got home, he calmly explained what was going on with the subfloor in our basement. I knew right then: this is a company I’ll stick with.That feeling only grew stronger as Marc took the time to walk me through everything—not just what was wrong, but what was possible. His approach was smart, respectful of the home, and lightyears ahead of the old methods that involve tearing up slabs and creating chaos. He offered a solution that was cleaner, faster, and more sustainable, using modern tech that avoids the destruction and mess most people still expect from this kind of work.When the job got underway, his team—Kev and Tyler—were surgical with the foam. Watching them hit with that level accurate to a hundred-thousandth of an inch was incredible. When we hit larger voids than expected they immediately pivoted under Marc’s direction and Kev and Tyler’s experience made it work. They lifted a 26foot by 11 foot piece of concrete like it was nothing. They reinforced 3 foot voids beneath my sub floor. They took real pride in what they did. We had pizza together, shared a few laughs, and even talked again after the job was done. They’re just good people.Marc has been in constant contact, hit every timeline he promised, and delivered results with precision and care. If you’re in the tri-state area and need a job like this done, I honestly don’t think there’s anyone better. Service, care, and craftsmanship like this are rare. We recently contracted with Pinacle to remedy a situation where we had concrete settling in part of our home contributing to uneven flooring. There was a significant void underneath that could have created long term issues if nothing was done to remedy. Mark and team were able to fill the void to ensure that our new floor could go in with out issue. Miraculously, they were also able to lift the concrete to raise the doorway and resolve a door closure issue that resulted from the concrete collapsing.We now feel very comfortable that the slab is on solid footing.We at very grateful to Mark and the Pinacle team for working with us to make it happen.Thank you, thank you for all of the efforts. - 3/26/2025 

One of the best contractors I’ve come across thus far, I was having what I thought to be major foundation issues, Mark came by, took a look, could’ve suggested thousands of dollars of work that I really didn’t need, but did point out a couple of smaller issues with steps I could take to prevent them for becoming larger issues, that’s not common within the trades. I believe I talked to the owner of the company. I have an issue where my stairs are moving away from house leaving a gap in between. While he could not fix the problem, he took the time to educate me about the issue and referred me to a company that could help. I find that very rare in people nowadays - 2/26/2025

When we had a pool put in, the company who did the installation strong armed us into using their his concrete contact for a large stamped concrete patio around the pool . It turned out to be a disaster. The color disappeared after a year and then started to very dangerously sink. Replacing it would have been a huge cost so I decided on Pinnacle Concrete Solutions to see if they could salvaged it.Not only did they do an absolutely amazing job. They made it look like new and completely even, They were so profesional and extremely customer friendly and checked with each step to make sure I was completely satisfied. The concrete stairway at our L shaped front entrance had sunken to a hazardous degree. The first business I contacted wouldnt even come out "for such a small job" and suggested I use car jacks to lift it. IMO, Not a good plan for such a tight area. Using the search term Concrete Lifting brought up PINNACLE and the foam lifting method which seemed to match my need perfectly. I am also glad to note Marc was able to send his crew out here to western massachusetts. The guys worked as a great team and accomplished what I thought would be impossible: the stairs feel safe now and the front entryway is alot more attractive. - 4/12/2023 

I was having issues with my back patio slab sinking. Our patio slab holds up our decks so I needed yo do something. I needed someone to raise the slap so the decks don't get damaged!I called Pinnacle Concrete an spoke to Marc about the situation, he came an looked, gave me an estimate.Talking with Marc I found him to be absolutely the nicest an honest person, very knowledgeable. When they came to do the job it looks just like it did when is was poured. I can't give enough praise to this company! The owner is very knowledgeable and was quick to respond to my calls and to any questions or concerns that I had. In addition the owner suggest having an energy audit done which would then offer a significant rebate for installing the insulation. He even set up the appointment on my behalf for the energy audit. They provide the right insulation for your needs and are fully cognizant of all safety regulations and precautions required for the homeowners (and pets) as well as for their workers. They installed spray foam insulation in my home's crawlspace which included required sprayed fireproofing. At my request they gladly set up a special air flow system to withdraw air from the crawlspace area to outside because there are no windows or air vents in the crawl space to remove any lingering odors from the fireproofing/insulation. That system worked perfectly and quickly dispelled all odors. It had unexpectedly snowed in the early hours of that day, and I was amazed that the workers actually and happily shoveled my driveway to get the company truck closer to the house! They would not even step on my floors without first putting down drop cloths and then they carefully suited up with protective coverings and got right to work which took several hours. The owner checked on the job that day and the next couple of days. Now that is top notch service!! - 3/13/2022

Marc and his crew were FANTASTIC from start to finish! We got five quotes for the job and Marc stood out because he was all about educating the customer on the product.
